Using Farm Stand Finder

Farm Stand Finder is a directory connecting customers with local farm stands. We do not sell products directly and are not a party to any transaction between customers and farm stand owners.

Accounts

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating a listing or account.

Listings & Content

Farm stand owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listing information, including hours, product availability, and pricing. We reserve the right to remove or edit listings that violate our Community Guidelines or contain false information.

Reviews & Questions

Reviews and questions must be honest and relevant. We may moderate or remove content that is abusive, spam, or otherwise violates our guidelines.

Paid Listings

Featured listing fees are processed securely through Stripe. Featured placement does not guarantee sales or a certain number of visitors.

Limitation of Liability

Farm Stand Finder is provided "as is." We are not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of products sold by listed farm stands.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
